What is the 8 Week Business Speech Accelerator and Mentorship Program?
Our 8 Week and Mentorship Program offer comprehensive technical English training, enhanced by quarterly coaching to help you achieve your next career goals. Each 50 minute coaching session is tailored to your specific objectives, providing you with actionable tasks to ensure measurable progress.
The program consists of 8 modules, delivered weekly, each focusing on technical English training through a variety of resources including videos, audio recordings, transcripts and more. Our methodology is based on the “listen and echo” technique, allowing you to practise and immerse yourself in the learning process.
All training is conducted online and is restricted to a Private Membership Area. This area is accessible on your phone, laptop, computer, or tablet, 24/7, for 12 months. To further support your learning journey, we provide 8 webinars that deepen your understanding and application of the material. These sessions ensure you take consistent action and gain the highest value from your investment.

Build Your Foundation – all the sounds of English, with words to practise
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- voiced and unvoiced consonant sounds
- voiced vowel sounds
- the schwa sound
- digraphs
MODULE 2
Always Be Understood – common vowel mistakes, strong and clear word endings, tongue twisters to enhance articulation
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- common mistake sounds in short words that only have one or two syllables
- ends of words must be clear and strong
- tongue twisters to strengthen your English speaking muscles in your cheeks, tongue and lips
MODULE 3
Understand The Rhythm – syllables and word stress in business sentences
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- 5 components of a stressed syllable
- single word stress
- stress patterns
- same spelling of a word, different stress, and a different meaning
- stress patterns in words that have the same ending sound
- compound word stress
MODULE 4
Sound Like A Native Speaker – sentence stress, limericks, function words, content words and thought groups
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- stress patterns in sentences
- the rhythm of a limerick
- content or strong words and function or weak words
- stress and new information
- how word stress in a sentence affects the message
- thought groups in conversation
- transition words and phrases
MODULE 5
Convey Your Message – rising and falling tones, linking and blending
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- falling tone for a statement and question
- rising tone for a question
- falling tone for precision
- rising and falling tone mixture – prefacing or listing
- linking sounds of two words together
- blending sounds of two or more words together
MODULE 6
Speak Naturally And Quickly – common business phrases
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- to confidently speak and correctly pronounce common short phrases that are used by native English speakers in business
MODULE 7
Master English – challenging words in a business context

- commonly mispronounced words and how to use these correctly pronounced words in a business context

Conversations That Are Interesting And Vibrant – idioms used in sentence

One thing that was told to me which is very effective is to slow down the speaking speed and focus on pronouncing every word clearly. This helps me to improve my English pronunciation and for other people to understand me during conversations.
I learnt the basic sounds to help me with more complicated words, now I can say them. I have learnt more than what I could imagine in such little time. I am looking forward to improving my English more in the future and speaking like a native.
